Craft Therapy

I could glaze

an urn

with the bone-ash of a dead friend

who kissed me last night

in a nightmare.

I could weave

whatever energy I keep secret

into the teeth

of Navajo rainbows.

I could pin-hole

light

across a shoebox

and resurrect an image

from the well of death

before the Niagara

Falls.
